Tec stuffs (aka Behind The Manip): Just a warm up. When I saw the post I went "well, seems easy" - the pose is the best you could ask, perfectly on the side.
Turns out that Colin Morgan's best pics didn't work out (too much shadows, slightly turned). And there was something on the model of the base - either he has a very elongated head, or Colin's isn't. So the ears didn't overlap. Also, Colin's pose in the original pic didn't agree with the neck. Oh well. Anyway. Didn't turn out bad.
