Title: Jim Kirk's non-regulation underwear collection - 01
Artist: Hakka ( [personal profile] prue84 )
Fandom: Star Trek (reboot)
Characters: James Kirk
Rating: G
Tagline: One of the favest in Jim's non-regulation briefs collection.
Series: Crew in underwear
Notes: All started from this post This is definitely the kind of boxer/trunks would wear. While trying to discover the brand and get front/back photos, I found some model posing with them and I couldn't help it: I had to try do something!
Tec stuffs (aka Behind The Manip): I touched a little the shorts because I didn't like the brand's black tag (you can see it here) and the visible seam.
For the general crispy look of the manip: I was trying to find a filter within PS that could help fix a bit the jpg imperfections of the pic (which was big, 1400 width), and ended up using the High Pass, that didn't solve the issue of the jpg errors, but gave an effect I liked. :D
I wanted to use the other base from this site, but the zooming for the one I wanted didn't work. ç_ç

OMG, they're real!!! I just found the Calvin-Klein-ad - I'd thought the galaxy print was your doing!

Now, really, what male in his right sense would wrap up his private parts in star clusters??? They're a scream...

And now, since I saw the original, I can really appreciate your colour work - that blue tinge is fabulous, and the way you brought out his eyes - wow! I should take a look at the bases more often...

*LOOOOL*
I either link or add the credits visual wall because I like myself see the images that make up a manip. Especially those when virtually everything on the manip comes from a different source (I mean things like what this guy (http://jeffach.deviantart.com/) does). It marvels me when people use things I would never even think about using just to get a piece of armor. Unbelievable, really! O_o

I don't know, on a guy with a gorgeous body (the kind of guy who looks cool with everything the put on)... I admit these short are a bit... extravagant? Well, I've seen worst I guess. Even though I still like better the comic book briefs (saw a pair with Diabolik and Eva Kant at Yamamay once and... bought them for myself because I couldn't resist to have them in my closet even if I'll never use them), I admit I like these galaxy as well. On the model from pic, obviously. :D :D They should sell them with the model, actually!

Good grief, that man must have too much time on his hands!

That could open up a VERY interesting market segment! :))
