About the manip: Because Starfleet's PR department always uses their best looking Captain to sell things to the other captains and, let's be honest, Captain Fine would rock anything that comes out from Starfleet's stylists.
Notes: Pure fandom service. Since all - me included - want to see Pine and his Kirk in the green shirt...
Tec stuffs (aka Behind The Manip): This is such a job of nip and tuck...
- The thin gold hem obviously had to be converted to silver, since in the reboot every detail on uniform is silver;
- Changed the delta patch to the metal pin seen on the reboot uniforms;
- Changed the stripes from TOS to Reboot;
- The pants on the shirt's pic were the TOS ones, while I changed them to the Reboot ones;
- Had to add Pine's hands. I don't know what's holding, don't ask;
- Pumped up the arms, since on the shirt photo they were too thin.
And, last but not least... removed the contacts because Captain Kirk doesn't wear contacts.
